Pricing Policy

Sorella publishes the prices of its products and services on this website so you can review and compare them before you buy.

1. Currency

Prices are listed in Vietnamese dong (VND). On the English version, US dollar (USD) conversions are for reference only; the amount actually charged is in VND.

2. What prices include

• Listed prices are final selling prices and include applicable taxes (if any).
• Product prices do not include delivery fees. Pick-up at a Sorella location is free. For home delivery, Sorella will tell you the delivery fee and confirm it with you by phone before dispatch.
• Treatment prices are all-inclusive per session or per package as stated in the price list; any additional products or services are quoted and confirmed before being performed.

3. Promotional prices

Discounts and gifts apply under the conditions and validity period of each promotion, stated on the product page, price list or promotion notice.

4. Price changes

Prices may change over time. The price applied to your order is the price shown when your order was successfully placed. If a price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, Sorella will contact you so you can continue at the correct price or cancel free of charge.
