How to Order

Ordering from the Sorella website takes just a few steps. If you need help, call our hotline +84 902 752 725 or message us on WhatsApp +84 961 163 579.

1. Buying products

1. Choose a product: go to the Shop, filter by category or brand, or search by name. Open a product to see its details, ingredients, benefits and price.
2. Add to cart: choose the option (if any, e.g. concentration) and quantity, then click “Add to cart”. Click “Buy now” to go straight to checkout.
3. Review your cart: click the cart icon at the top to view it, change quantities or remove items.
4. Enter your details: on the Checkout page, enter your name, phone number, email, delivery address and any notes.
5. Choose delivery: pick up at a Sorella location (free) or home delivery (the delivery fee is confirmed by phone before dispatch).
6. Choose payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer via VietQR, or card.
7. Review and place your order: check the items and total, tick to agree to the Terms of Use, then click “Place order”.
8. Confirmation: the website shows a confirmation page with your order number. Sorella will call you to confirm the order and the delivery fee (for home delivery) before dispatch.

2. Cancelling or changing an order

You can cancel or change your order free of charge before Sorella dispatches it, by contacting our hotline, email or WhatsApp with your order number. Prepaid orders are refunded under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Booking a treatment

1. Browse treatments and prices on the Treatments page.
2. Click “Book now”, choose a location, service, preferred date and time, and leave your contact details.
3. Sorella contacts you to confirm the appointment. Treatments are paid at the location.
