Treatment Package Terms

Sorella offers multi-session treatment packages at a better price than paying per session. The terms below apply to packages paid in advance.

1. Package contents and validity

• The number of sessions, services, price and any included gifts follow the price list at the time of purchase and are stated on the package receipt.
• Validity is as stated for each package (e.g. “valid 1 year”). Packages with no stated validity are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Sessions are scheduled with your specialist according to the treatment protocol (e.g. 2–4 weeks apart) for the best results.

2. Booking and rescheduling

• Please book each session in advance. To change or cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead.
• Packages are used at the location where they were purchased; to use another location, please contact us first so we can arrange it.

3. Transfers and pauses

• A package is for the customer who purchased it. Transferring it to someone else requires Sorella’s agreement.
• If pregnancy, illness or a health reason prevents you from continuing, Sorella can pause your package with appropriate confirmation.

4. Termination and refunds

• Purchased packages cannot be exchanged for cash, except in the cases below.
• If Sorella can no longer provide the service, or a specialist or doctor determines you are not medically suitable to continue, Sorella refunds the value of unused sessions (at the package rate) or transfers them to an equivalent service, at your choice.
• Gifts included with a package cannot be exchanged for cash.
