Payment Policy

Sorella offers several safe and convenient payment methods. You choose your method at checkout.

1. Cash on delivery (COD)

Pay in cash to the courier when you receive your order, or at the counter when you pick it up at a Sorella location. Please check the items and quantities before paying.

2. Bank transfer via VietQR

• After you place your order, the website shows a VietQR code with the amount and transfer reference. Scan it with your banking app to pay.
• Please keep the exact amount and reference so Sorella can match the payment to your order.
• The order is confirmed as paid once the funds reach Sorella’s account; Sorella will contact you to confirm.

3. Card payment

Pay by international card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) through our payment partner Airwallex. Card details are encrypted and processed directly by the payment gateway; Sorella does not store card numbers. The transaction is recorded as soon as the gateway reports success.

4. Paying for treatments at our locations

Services and treatments are paid at the location by cash, bank transfer or card.

5. Refunds

When an order is cancelled or a return is approved, the refund follows our Returns & Refunds Policy: it goes back to the original payment method; for cash payments, Sorella refunds by bank transfer to the account you provide. The time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Payment safety

Sorella will never ask for your password, OTP or card security code by phone, message or email. If you receive such a request, do not share anything and report it to Sorella immediately.
