2. Data we collect

• When you order: name, phone number, email, delivery address, order notes and purchased items.
• When you book or contact us: name, phone number, email, preferred location and time, and your skincare needs.
• When you have a treatment: skin condition, allergy history and the health information needed to perform the service safely (collected only with your consent).
• Technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the cookies needed for the cart and language selection.
• Card details are entered directly on our payment partner’s secure gateway; Sorella does not store your card number.

3. How we use your data

• To confirm, process and deliver orders, and to handle exchanges, returns and refunds.
• To confirm appointments, advise you and perform services.
• To provide customer care and resolve feedback and complaints.
• To send offers — only with your consent; you can opt out at any time.
• To meet obligations requested by competent authorities.

4. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and for the record-keeping periods required by law. When that period ends, or when you ask us to delete it (as far as the law allows), the data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Sharing

Sorella never sells customers’ personal data. Data is shared only as far as necessary with:

• Delivery carriers: name, phone number and address, to deliver your order.
• Payment partners (banks, card payment gateway), to process transactions.
• Technical service providers (website hosting, email, booking system) — only to run the service, under confidentiality.

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections; access to data is limited to the staff who need it; data is backed up regularly. In the event of a data breach, Sorella will notify affected customers and the authorities as required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to: be informed about the processing of your data; access and correct your data; withdraw consent; request deletion or restriction of processing; object to marketing use; and lodge complaints as provided by law.
