Shipping Policy

Sorella delivers nationwide across Vietnam and offers free pick-up at our locations. Below are our delivery coverage, times and fees.

1. Delivery options

• Pick up at a Sorella location: free. Sorella contacts you when your order is ready; bring your order number when you collect it.
• Home delivery: shipped by courier to the address you provide.

2. Coverage

Nationwide. The website currently accepts orders with a delivery address within Vietnam.

3. Delivery fee

The fee depends on the delivery address, the weight of the order and the courier. Sorella tells you the delivery fee and confirms it with you by phone before dispatch; you may cancel free of charge if you do not agree with the fee.

4. Processing and estimated delivery times

• Order processing: 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed (for bank transfer or card orders: after the payment is confirmed).
• Inner-city: 1–3 business days.
• Other provinces and cities: 2–5 business days.
• Remote areas: may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may change due to weather, public holidays, courier conditions or other circumstances. Sorella will let you know if your order is delayed.

5. Checking your order on arrival

When you receive your order, please check the packaging and that the items and quantities are correct. If anything is wrong, missing, damaged or expired, take photos or a video and notify Sorella within 48 hours so we can resolve it under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Responsibility during delivery

Sorella is responsible for the goods until they are successfully delivered to you. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, Sorella will handle it with the courier and either resend the items or refund you.

7. Customers outside Vietnam

The website does not yet accept orders for delivery outside Vietnam. If you are abroad, please contact Sorella by email or WhatsApp to ask about delivery options, costs and times (indicatively 10–12 business days). International orders may incur import duties and customs fees under the destination country’s rules; unless otherwise agreed, these are paid by the customer.
